We hear from an overwhelming amount of people who are wanting our services at this time. Below is some education on how the process of purchasing a pool works. To help expedite the process, please read below:

• Know how much pools cost so you can budget for that up front. Completed swimming pools start at $55,000 and go up depending on size and options. Add an elevated hot tub with automation for $18,000-$24,000. For screen enclosures, budget between $9,000 and $15,000. Screen enclosures will eliminate the need for a yard fence to meet the safety code barrier for swimming pools. If you do not want a screen enclosure, you will need a vinyl fence. Budget between $6,000 and $8,000 or more depending on the size of fence. You will need to budget for irrigation and grass repairs around $5,000. If you add a spa you will need to budget $1,500 for the propane gas tank and connection to the spa gas heater.

• Find your survey: this has your property mapped out including the lot and house on the document. We will need that to design your pool and figure out the county setbacks. If you don’t have a survey, go to www.longsurveying.com to order a survey. If your back yard is small or less than 30 feet from the back of your house to the rear property line, email us your survey for a quick consultation if a pool will fit.
